I havent messed with the summon spell that much. So I understand when your summon kills something stronger than it, it then changes into that which it killed. What if your summon was very strong and killed a bee? Would you lose your awesome summon and have a bee...thus have to start all over? (with the summons)

Besides the minions, you know who I think is good? A black guard. Kill a lot of people in a village to get black guards to attack you.

Also, the White Balverine is pretty awesome. But the regular balverine just sucks.

Just for the hell of it i decided to put my tentative summon list in this thread also.


Heirarchy of Useable Summons (tentative):
Minions - White Balverine - Assassin - Balverines - (Nymphs may possibly be better than Bandits; Unconfirmed by myself) Bandits - Undead - Hobbe Spellcaster - Hobbes - Scorpion - Beetles - Wasps

Unuseable (tentative):
Trolls, Guards, Villagers, Heroes, Bosses, and maybe Nymphs. The Screamers in Hook Coast may also be unuseable.

I'm not 100% sure if you can get guards. A friend of mine said you could and he may be shitting me.

Darknet, if you get the chance to can you find out from him and i'll just put an "Unconfirmed by myself" disclaimer next to it like i did with the Nymphs.

I've got to try the summon spell next time I rent the game or possibly buy it. I want a pet balverine.

Pet White Balverines are amazing... those things are huge, strong, and have no weaknessess exploitable by enemies. Though they take their damn time attacking. Balverines have a love for their 'dragoon-esque' Jump attack. By the time he lands to hit i've already killed the enemy... that why i liked my Bandit and especially my Staff Minion.

sadly, my beetle won't even attack so I've had it for the entire game, jsut sits tehre adn everynow and then it iwll fly up and get beaten by something stupid.. liek anotehr beetle ><
