There are only a handful of voices and lines used by female NPCs. The woman who does Lady Grey's voice also does lines for other generic female NPCs (Guild women, mostly). What those NPCs say in bed is what Lady Grey says in bed, and vice versa.

Since lots of Fable players like Lady Grey so much and some hate her and want to kill her but still want to get married to her for some strange reason, The producers and creaters of Fable should a big online multiplayer game in the Witch Wood Areana. Were all you Fable players can kill each other. Just like Halo 2 online! players with Good deads againts players with bad deads the player that kills the most other players gets to marry Lady Grey and win 90000000000000000000000$ or Gold. That would be crazy!
