New rumor to me.
Though, when I hero save exploited to be 18 and was purely evil, horns rarely showed as much as they do while you are older. People say that it's the allignment changes of the clothes that made me think that I wasn't purely evil and that's why I didn't get horns. But I thou was purely evil.
