Now, What character do you control and is it in the same grounds as Fable?

TLC is Fable with 33% more content. 30% of the new content is not accessible until you've completed where the original ended. Instead of credits, you get a cutscene, along with a new quest that will take you to new regions in the north (the Northern Wastes, which have been cut off from the rest of Albion for a very long time).
