Hey guys. I think I shall get a game this summer, since I just got a game last week. What would you recommend more? My Japanese Coach, or Advance Wars: Dual Strike?

Finally bought my DSi, and loving it again. I've bought Scribblenauts and the new Professor Layton game that just came out. Any good games that have come out, in the past few months, that I should get? Already played a lot of the good DS games (Metroid, all the Mario games, TWEWY, Ace Attorney series, Phantom Hourglass, etc.)

TWEWY imo. Chrono Trigger was so meh, but you'll get tons of people disagreeing. TWEWY is just fantastic, one of my favs on DS.

Chrono Trigger, by far, one of my favorite RPGs of all time. The plot, music, and gameplay was great, but if you played the original on the SNES, then I would get TWEWY.
But both are great games and no matter which you choose you will probably still get the enjoyment of out it. -------------------  | |

I would say TWEWY.
Chrono Trigger is an amazing game in many ways, but a lot of the features that made it unique have now been implemented in other games, so it loses a little of it's impact. ------------------- SQUEAK

I'm looking for a new DS Game. RPG or SRPG. (Not Action/Adventure) - Turn Based
Preferably not Pokemon Platinum; I'm waiting for Soul Silver / Heart Gold. I heard someone say Chrono Trigger before coming to this forum, but I don't know anything about it. So can you guys give me a list of game ideas and maybe some details about CT. Thanks. -------------------  | |

Chrono Trigger for DS is a direct port of the SNES game.

Chrono Trigger is so amazing. :3
It's about time travel, essentially. It's a group of people trying to save the earth from a parasite which has been on the planet for several million years, killing a lot of people, etc. Sounds cheesy, but the plot is pretty good. There's about 40 hours or so for your first playthrough, and a NG+ option. Lots to do, and its an awesome game. Best ds game imo. | |
