Tenshi- You might be interested in shin megami tensei devil survivor, it combines srpgs and normal rpg's into one juicy package.

Hey guys.
Looking for a fun game, I dont personally care about the genre, preferably RPG. I already have Chrono, TWEWY, and Platinum. I was thinking maybe the new Professor Layton or FF:TA2. Any suggestions? -------------------

I haven't played Professor Layton, so I can't really suggest it. FFTA2 is a great game though, that I would definitely suggest. And although it's not an RPG, you should check out Scribblenauts. It's probably one of the most fun DS games I've ever played.

Have anybody ever played Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier? I was thinking of getting that one as early Christmas present for myself and I also need to pick Kingdom Heart while I have not done that. I have played Custom Robo and that game was fun.

I'm looking for some good games for my mom. She loves Big Brain Academy, but outside of that she hasn't been willing to try much else. She tried Brain Age, but she didn't think it was fun, just something to help her learn. We are getting her a DS for Christmas (she's been using mine to play Big Brain) so we were hoping to get another game. Here are some that I were considering:
Animal Crossing - I am hesitant because I don't know if she would sit and play it for a long time. She would probably get bored fast. Nintendogs - She loves our dog, but I think she might find virtual pets to be too childish. Picross - She might like this... but if she doesn't get how to play right at the start, she would probably give up. Professor Layton - Probably too difficult for her. Not to be mean, but she doesn't like problem solving and whatnot. I only put this here because she liked Big Brain Academy so much. So what else do you suggest? Any on that list that stick out? -------------------

Would help to know what games you already have luanluker, and what tastes you might have. The "hook" differs from one gamer to another. Otherwise I'll just recommend what I consider big hits like Super Mario 64 DS, Mario Kart DS, New Super Mario Bros, Advance Wars Dual Strike, Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass and Scribblenauts.
Looking for games for my mother, who has become addicted to the DS.  She likes games that are very simple in terms of play style, like New Super Mario Bros can be played largely with a couple of actions. Something like Super Mario 64 DS is no good because the controls and actions become too complicated for her. Also obviously no really hard games. NSMB difficulty or less is preferred. GBA gammes also accepted as suggestions.She currently has: New Super Mario Bros, Yoshi's Island DS, Mario Kart DS, Herbie Rescue Rally, Chicken Shoot. Maybe some fast-paced, simple games like Wario Ware or Cooking Mama would interest her? Those and Yoshi's Touch and Go, because I see she already has Yoshi's Island DS. The Kirby series and The Legendary Starfy are also light on controls, and are fun 2D platformers. ------------------- | |
