Now, I'll just give quick thoughts on the games I have played from the various lists posted in order that the games appear. Yoshi's Island DS - Just got this and very impressed. The varying abilities, level design and gameplay styles seem well executed. There are mini-games and the hunt for stars, red coins, life flowers and character coins to extend the gameplay. 9/10 Metroid Prime Hunters - Prepares for Flames I wouldn't know about WiFi but I do know that the single player was just terrible. The controls were awkward and the overall design bland and lifeless. I did not enjoy it in the slightest and soon traded the game in. 2/10 Mario Kart DS - Best game for DS currently even without going into WiFi. Some of the Retro tracks are a bit iffy but overall excellent design and immense replay value. Oh yeah, and finally, single player battle. 10/10 Super Mario 64 DS - An excellent remake of a classic game. The additions of 3 extra playable characters, 30 extra stars, numerous new mini stages and changes in existing stages make it a worthwhile purchase. Oh, and 36 mini-games to boot. Can't go wrong. 9/10 Advance Wars Dual Strike - Yet another amazing entry into the AW series. Unlike AW2 this feels like a proper sequel rather than just an update. New COs, new Powers, new Units, new game modes and the Tag system. Everything is executed wonderfully, and the only viable reason to not like it is if you don't like strategy games in general. 9/10 I've not played any of the others so I can't say for them. ._. I was very disappointed when I booted this one up. I only got a few minutes into it when I realized how much fun I WASNT having. I think the touchscreen controls are the best way to go, but for a system that small... it just makes your hands hurt. I guess I'll rate the games I own, since those are the only ones I've played: New Super Mario Bros: 9 out of 10- Pure retro bliss for those of us old enough to have played all of the original Mario side-scrollers. The levels are always changing and it never gets boring or repetitive. Some great mini-games too. I love this game. Maio Kart DS: 8 out of 10 - I was absolutley digusted with Double Dash on Gamecube. Everything sucked. The levels were overcrowded with obstacles, the computer played very dirty, and the whole game balance from Mario Kart 64 felt stripped away. I was very pleasantly suprised to see that the DS version took a more rootsy approach to the game and played more like the n64 version. Great mini-challenges, vs modes, and awesome course selection. Only an over-emphasis on power-slide boosting prevents it from a higher score from me. Solid game though. Metroid Prime Hunter: 3 out of 5 - Insanity Prevails nailed it on the head. You'd need baby hands to play this without cramping up. Resident Evil Deadly Silence: 7 out of 10 - The same akward control scheme that plauged the original is still just as akward. However the new first-person knife fights are a bleeping FUN. The game does seem much harder in Rebirth Mode. I went through the first 30 minutes of the game, killing at least 20 zombies without getting ANY health. Ammo is pretty rare too. Wish they couldve done something about that. Still a fun game to kill time with. Tony Hawk American Sk8land: 9 out of 10 - Yes Yes YES.. bleep YES! If you like Tony Hawk games then BUY THIS NOW. The levels are considerably smaller, but everything else remains intact. Feels and plays like a real TH game. The cell-shaded graphics are smooth and gorgeous. And I love the customization it has. For example, you can draw anything you want on the bottom of your skateboard. From what I've heard the game is short (i dunno.. im only on the 3rd board), but its a blasts while it lasts. Cant wait to check out Downhill Racer after I beat this. So yeah.. thats it..

	And you do that how? Evaluating the games contained within the collection. Since it is very unlikely someone has played every game in someone else's collection it's extremely difficult to rate a collection as a whole because some of it would either have to be omitted entirely or part of it wouldn't be based on anything other than "well, it might be decent because it's a certain license/ a reviewer said so/ because other people said so/ because I took a stab in the dark etc. And you still haven't even gone part way and rated anything so I don't know what the point of your post was other than to show off your grasp of poor logic? Actually do it yourself if you're going to complain that others aren't, as I did. ------------------- User Reviews Forum.
