Who do you prefer to use? I would say Sonic.

it doesnt matter to me, they act pretty much the same. it mainly depends on the level, since the music sounds different between the two.

I would choose Sonic. Sonic is faster than Blaze, but even though Blaze has more fiery attacks, Sonic's spins do the same effect.

Sonic. I've known him since I played Sonic the hedgehog 1 & 2 on the Sega. Blaze isn't the best, either.

It doesn't hurt to try out some new characters though.

I like Blaze shes shy in socal situations. I don't know the whole story yet but I think having friends just put them in danger and maybe gotten them killed in the past on her world. She is a fraid to care about someone or they will become a target, she goes to save Cream to make up for failing her past friends, since its too late for them. I like Blaze shes deep, she thinks more than talks sorta like me. thinking=typing.

Blaze. Hey give her some credit at least she doesn't worship the ego-centric blue brat like most characters. I'll be honest I enjoyed beating Sonic, because I like the series and gameplay but not so much Sonic himself.

Blaze is the only serious female character, I mean most women I hope aren't really as whiney as Amy. I liked how Amy cocked a slightly sensible attitude after Sonic Riders though. OMG shes actually angry at Sonic for a change, its about time. XD I guess I got a little off subject. My apologies

Blaze is cool shes the first female character that I liked my friend even made a sig for me.

i prefer Blaze.i was starting to get tired of Sonic all the time, don't get me wrong, Sonic is cool and all, but i like new characters.
