I personally find her to be possibly the most broken CO in the game. Does anyone disagree?

I mean, I've started playing this game again after a long break, and she's a lot better then I remember. 6 HP restoration for each base means almost no downtime. Her SCOP is possibly the best thing ever, too. It has the possibility of dealing 9 HP, and splits up, so it takes care of some bad COs like Colin and Hachi.

Only problems I see are COs like Sasha and Grit. Sasha takes care of her SCOP but not her CO powers, and Grit takes care of wasting her funds, but not her SCOP.

Kanbei can be hard, but I don't see too many troubles. Is there anyone that can stand up to Rachel?

Well, I agree with you, the only person I find that is a good counter to Rachel is, well, Rachel. Not even an Andy + Hawke tag can get rid of the damage Rachel causes. Most of the time. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. It's a good thing you can't have 2 CO's in the same army; Rachel would be dealing with 18HP overall. Talk about broken. I agree with you. She's seriously broken. She basically rivals Nell's abilities, too. Their CO Powers don't matter much, but their Super CO Powers are... well, superpowered.

Yup. And her SCOP costs no Funds, and doesn't raise there COPs at all. She'll also have her units following it up, so its possibly the most damaging SCOP, considering it can even a Javier SCOP with 5 CTowers, or even Kanbei's SCOP. Its amazing.

Its hilarious how she's the most broken CO and you don't even have to unlock anything. How could they not see how broken she is?
