Army: Black Hole Army/ Black Phoenix {[The Lord Sturm Return Loyalist army]}

Co Info: As Enigmatic as he is, all that is known about him is that he's a young but very clever, very strong, and a very frightening Co who was recruited by Sturm during the war in Macro Land and quickly rose up to the rank of leader soon after the conflict. Rumors have it that he wishes to possibly revive or avenge Sturm. He's now leader of his own army, Black Phoenix. (Lord Sturm Return Loyalists) He despises Hawke with every fiber or his being and will do anything to see him dead.

Description: A 6'1" tall 15-year-old teen boy who has short dirty blond hair and tan skin. Has black-rimmed glasses, which just cover his hazel eyes, and a dark look on his face. He wears a green vest under a long, gray black jacket that falls to the knees and would barely hide his hands if they weren't in his coat pockets. Also has on blue jeans that are cut off at the end by a normal pare of black boots.

Personality: Likes to keep to him self most of the times and hides his battle plans from foes well, which can make him unpredictable, powerful and a mysterious foe. When he talks, it makes all the people around him feel worthless and fearful. He is also very talented in the art of warfare and strategy but has trouble with tag battles, as it is hard for him to trust other people. Enjoys completely destroying his opponents units to prove that he should not be taken lightly as a new leader and Co. During his spare time, he thinks of new tactics to improve his ruthless strategy by practicing to use his SCOP that Sturm taught him before he died. Unfortunately (or fortunately) he can't get it to as much damage as Sturm, so he focuses on mass, number, and destroying terrain. The rest of his personality is a mystery.

Skills: Garrett's darkly ability of speaking shakes fear into his units to follow orders no madder the cost, which gives his units supreme firepower and defense. However his units follow so well that they'll lack in counter fire. Ever since Hawke's betrayal he's had a very hard time trusting others, making him very bad at tag battles.

Oh, your charcter sucks. Not because he's broken but because he hates Hawke.

Hawke = The coolest CO in the game.

Really? When I went to all the other sites they said (or typed) that it was pretty much balanced because of his low tag power with other people and that his bad counter DEF and ATK made up for his CO and SCO Powers. So what makes him so broken?
