I don't sense it,the Neo have more power,more advance,more price,it's better,low defense could have equilibrated it a little,though

I think the same, neotanks just focus on attack and movement. for defence just medium tanks focus on defence (but neotanks just have much firepower and blow medium tanks)

No, the neotank is the higher quality version of the MD tank, it makes no sense why it would have lower defense then it. How could it have less defense when it was upgraded from it?
