Well,the CO that is best with Bruiser,Sharpshooter,Brawler and Sniper(not Bruiser2 and Sharpshooter2)COULD be Grimm,to increase his power,but the defense skills are better for him,or Kanbei,more power is never too much,but I could say Grimm,if you can block his weakness.

It depends what kind of strenght you mean,if it's defense,then Javier,Nell have luck,Rachel can repair more,Olaf is strong at snow(haven't checked in rain),Hachi is cheaper,Jake is strong in plains,Koal in roads,Kindle in cities,Lash have her terrain bonus...but if you mean more firepower,Hawke and Von Bolt are the choice
