okay i am to mission 4 in my game
i have already beat the game before...well almost, but my data was erased. anyways, im in mission 4 where i have to get the little dancing dog thing for the carnival, well i paid her but i went to the dock and theres not a fan boat, is this a glitch, or if not how do i get the fan boat to appear so i can go to the island? | |

To get the fan boat, you have to ban the law of no-running. To do this, you have to have talked to Gramma Hattie, then gotten to the guy who is always sleeping in the university. He says you need to get 40 popularity to get his fanboat. To do this, you need to make friends with the Urbz until your popularity goes up. When you get popularity 40, you go to the sleeping guy and he says his fanboat is available. You talk to Det. Dan D. Mann and he says the law is overturned. You can use the fan boat! To get to Nutria Island, you go south a little from the fan boat dock in Glasstown, then you go a little east to the Island. You see the little Nutria. Go to the dancing one, but avoid walking right towards it. If it makes eye contact, it'll fly into its little hole. Walk kind of sideways until you see the arrow, then grab it quickly and take it back to Roxanna Moxie.
