ok, my last objective for mission 2 is to take this chick out on the town... so i get about half way through then i get tired. I ethier pass out or go to sleep... and when that happens she loses interest, what do i do??

Well you have to make sure you are fully rested and do it when all of the shops and the food places are open!

But i will grow tired eventually... i mean it's 24 hours.

No it isn't. You just have to take her to the places she asks and it will be over.

I went to the thrift shop and waited until you could purchase an expresso machine. Then whenever I got tired I drank that and my energy went up.

Really? It is much easy to raise your stats, and just do the level. I was only with her for like 5-10 hours.
