Get the Streetie Trophy, get every Streetie to 100 Relationship, make Luthor L. Bigbucks very very mad (-5 Relationship)... I forgot the rest of the ways.

Get a roomate other than a Richie, make friends with the other members of the Streeties. Crystal, Ewan Whatamee, and I think Dusty Hogg are all members of the Streeties.
