So AoM-TT always ran fine on my old desktop, but on my new laptop I'm having huge graphics problems.

I'm no expert, but it seems to be something to do with shading/transparencies - waves and water don't appear properly, and the edge of the fog of war doesn't fade out in a circular shape - it's just like blocks, making it look hideous, and being really unhelpful when trying to play. Here's a screenshot:

Here's my PC specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz
2.00GB RAM
Windows Vista Home Premium
Onboard Intel 4 Series graphics (or something...)

Any help would be much appreciated, I have already updated drivers, updated the game and looked through the display troubleshooting doc and nothing has worked. Frustration!!!
