how do you get in the frigen warriors shrine?

From memory, you need to make an offering. To do that you need the swinging ability. Near the entrance jump up onto the left ledge and swing across to the top wall on the right, walk up to the statue and it will tell you to press a certain button to do the offering. Either X or A bottom. Once thats done the door to the Shrine will be unlock/open.

did you know that you can fight ermac in the warrior shrine you can fight him by talking to the ststue three or four times i forget which statue so try all of them;)

how do you get the fist ruins for wu-shi's academy? I need that ability to break the statue's of evil or i cannot progress any further.
