	Well, i about 15 mins sent off for my Nexon cash after topping up my phone purely so i could use money in the cash shop. 	I don't really understand any of that. All i gathered was you bought NX 15min ago and it hasn't shown up, and something about a phone. If you bought it from a 3rd party, ie: not having the card in your own hands and typing everything in yourself, and having a company other than Nexon do it, you're probably screwed.
