Hurt & Heal - The Test |
|
Hurt & Heal threads are generally considered spam. Each post means nothing, the only post worthy of saving is the final results. This would be my attempt to change the mold, and make this 'H&H' not spam. It's a test of course, since I've never tried this before, but I think it could work. Feedback and Constructive Criticism is appreciated. How to Play__

Interesting idea you've got there Lorx. When I did H&H threads in the past, we merely chose 1 thing to hurt (-2) and 1 thing to heal (+1). This concept might work though.
By the way, you didn't ask a question So I guess I'll start. What class has the most variety when it comes to weapons? Warrior - 10 Thief - 10 Magician - 10 Pirate - 10 Archer - 10 ------------------- A hero of war, is that what they see?
Just medals and scars, so damn proud of me. And I brought home that flag, but now gathers dust. But it's the flag that I love, it's the only flag I trust.

Btw, don't forget to list your 'side'. Thanks for pointing out that i forgot to list a question, I knew I was forgetting something //edited first post to include a safety net for when your option is 'defeated' ------------------- ![]()

I'm still trying to understand this.
To answer PichuRocks, I would say it's the warrior because they have spears, polearms, 1H 2H swords, maces, and axes. The rest have only two types. So now do I wait to know if I'm right or not? ------------------- ![]()

Correct. If you're right whatever you choose to stick with heals one, and (I assume) warrior is Hurt 2. ------------------- ![]()

Or so we hope I'm relatively sure you're right, so we can just go with that. Your "Heal" marked which option you know support, so missing that is 'oh well'. But don't forget a question ------------------- ![]()

re: Hurt & Heal - The Test |
quote LorxI thought we post a question that had one of five answers. The answer being one of the five classes. What ever the correct answer is, that's the class that loses the points. The person that got the question correct chooses the class to gain the point. Apparently I'm was mistaken? Btw, don't you think we should add the Knights? ------------------- A hero of war, is that what they see?

So we get to hurt or heal if we get the question right?

Yes, if you get the question right, you get to hurt a class and heal a class.

quote PichuRocksIf it was a question regarding class, it wouldn't be necessary. My question is: The Mace's requirements is 20STR. Which class can use it but it's not needed. ------------------- ![]()

re: Hurt & Heal - The Test |
quote Ham Seller Exactly. Cygnus builds off the five main branches, A Dawn Warrior is still kinda a Warrior you know? quote PichuRocksIt's that one part that makes the game so annoyingly confusing, so I just dropped it Game simplified, peruse the first post again. Hopefully it should be rather self explanatory and such now. I'll attempt to mold the odd part I took out into something simple after a round or two, hopefully it'll work out @Koj: Mage isn't it? There's a blunt weapon sold in Ellinia that is usable by Mages and Warriors. It's for first job people, can't really remember much about it though. I was pondering making a STR Mage for fun and abusing it for a while. ------------------- ![]()

I actually believe it's the Magician. Mage's can use the Mace and the Fusion Mace, but it requires STR which means that they'd have less INT or LUK.
What happens since one of us surely got it wrong? ------------------- A hero of war, is that what they see?
