How do you make "buddies" and where's the buddylist?

Just press R when your not typing access you buddy list, and to add someone, just right click on their character, and hit buddy, or on your buddy list hit buddy invite and type the character's name. (Has to be on same channel.)

They have to be on the same channel? I thought that was Guild Invites, not BL Invites? -------------------  | |

I just checked, you don't have to be on the same channel.

Don't have to be in same channel. The other player doesn't even have to be online at the time.
