A Page Build is nearly the same as a Fighter build, except rather than the choice between Rage and FA first, Threaten is shunted to the very end after Booster.
EX: Mastery -> 6 Booster -> FA -> Power Guard -> Booster -> Threaten.
Hybrid WKs are a bit trickier, even more so than Hybrid DKs >_>;

As for the matter of weapon usage:
Paul (Unholy) (and myself too, though I didn't know him and even now don't really know him) used weapons apart from Pole Arms and Spears during our 1st job. Generally, I used a 2h axe until my Mastery was lv 18~19 before making the switch to Pole Arm.
I also wouldn't recommend using skis forever and ever. Unless you scroll a godly Green Ski (i.e 98~99 att or so, in other words 4 10/30% or a combination of 10/30/60/70%s) you will end up needing to switch to a spear like the Redemption or a Holy Spear to improve damage and training speed. The speed will only do so much for DPM. an averagely scrolled Redemption (97 att) would outdamage an averagely scrolled Sky ski (88 att) by a lot over time.

Actually a sky skis (level 85) normal attack is 94, scrolled above average can get to be 106WA. Godly 115WA

The Dragon Pertizan (level 110) is good with 107 WA b4 scrolling, but it all depends if you want normal attack with 106, or slow with 118.

The weapons dont really matter when leveling from 20 to 35 because you pretty much pass it up in a month or so depending. But whichever weapon you like is the one you should use. Differences between weapon types isnt that big of a deal at those levels.

Huh, I have heard people in game and on basil talking about capping dex. What should I cap my dex as as a future spearman-dark knight? Also, I have heard about using dex equips, but why dex and not str? And lastly, what +# dex should I go for, and what should I scroll to get that +dex? Cape and shoes?

This is not the build I chose, but I do have a knowledge about what you are talking about so I'll explain.
Many people say that a good build is your level +30 in dex. And put a bunch of STR equips on. But lately the build has slightly changed. Instead of your level +30, you should keep it at your level +10 and cap it at around 60-70. Then fill your equips with dex so you have maximum possible dex for accuracy. Sniper pills help as well (+10 acc, same as 10 dex)
I messed mine up, I already have 75 dex, but I am capping it there.

As far as equips go, you want max dex you can afford.
There are only 3 things you need to upgrade to get dex
1:Cape, I got 1 30% to work and then 3 60%s so I had 9 dex (very good) but you might shoot for 6.
2 overall armor. Either buy a good sauna robe, or get the crusader armor and upgrade the first slot with a 30% if you can (the crusaders are cheap so its easy to mess up a 30% on them) Then fill the rest with 60%s
3:Shoes- dont use a shoe dex scroll, they give 0 dex. Use a 70% 60% 30% or 10% scroll because they are the only thing with dex.

If you cannot afford these, it is perfectly fine to use all 100% scrolls (accept for shoes). Dont upgrade your gloves with dex, because WA is much better. Get all dex equips too. And wear the green bamboo untill you find a +2 dex higher level helm.

I wanna make a warrior but I'm wondering what 2nd job I should be. I'm leaning more towards spearman but I really hate slow attack speeds. Or I might be an Axe fighter.

Well, Right now my warrior does a "faster" attack speed, just as fast as a 1H sword except more damage.
The spearman actually doesn't have the best average damage, in fact the 2H sword would be considered the best weapon. But spearmans skills are very strong, and make up for their lack of average damage. They do though have the chance to do the highest max damage, but also the lowest min damage.
Fighters are a safe way to go, great 2nd job skills, a sweet combo attack, and not to mention the 2H sword. (I dont like axes, but their scrolls are cheap so I guess thats a good thing about them). I went spearman, I never regret it. People say fighters are great. I think pages are best at level 100 though, very nice elemental attacks.
Ive seen 4th job pages doing 70k to each unit and attacking 6 units at once, but I dunno if thats any better than other classes.

To do a quick clear up since my Fighter has been the topic in the last page - My Fighter is a level 53 with 60 DEX - CAPPED -, and back where you said that would only be possible with max rage and a 12 attack potion, You can't use a potion and a skill in conjuction. My 2.6K damage is WITHOUT rage.

Well thats some pretty sweet damage. What str are you? I like 2H swords because of their great average damage.

I have no clue, if you chose the path of a blunt, it might look cooler, but its lower average damage, much slower speed, same range as sword, and people like pages for the skills. I see what you are saying though. If I were a page, I couldn't bring myself to be a blunt page, I would go sword.
