this creeped me out when i first heard it.on amendment xxv i replayed it after dieing, killed the vice pressident and the secret servace guy was missing(?) i got a mine and put it in the tourists bag, then this nosie like the last breath of a person happend i dont know why and its not a glitch (my discs fine) this was wierd does anyone know why i happed.

there's a ghost actually of abraham lincoln that's said to hunt the real whit house maybe they put one on blood money
