Anyone can simply wear a disguise, walk up to their target and choke them. But how about using an M4 in a mission and still getting Silent Assasin?? Can anyone do it?

Its...umm...impossible...the M4 comes in an ICA case, which is why you don't start out with it...not to mention that merely pulling the trigger already takes away the "Silent Assassin" rank

well im guessing that if you used a fully upgraded M4 with silencer and low velocity ammo, on Rookie mode, you may be able to do it

Maybe...but that's only one bullet that you can spare...and its not like 47 can hide it behind his back or anything...I mean, all it takes is for someone to spot you with the rifle, and there goes your perfect score...unless you can get rid of witnesses by "accidents"

that would be a hella lot of accidents. i dont think its possible. once someone sees you, everyone knows, so you have to kill everyone, but you cant kill them, you have to make them die on their own. so no, i SERIOUSLY doubt its possible.

on the other hand, it is hella fun to go on a mass murder with the M4 + 100 rd drum!!

Maybe you could do it if you could smash people to death with the butt of the rifle (which would count as using the M4) but otherwise it's impossible. Like it has been said: if one bullet is fired then the Silent Assassin rating automatically goes.

I wouldn't recommend using it unless you have a pretty big notoriousity and you don't care if they see you or not

how many shots does it take to deny you Silent Assassin on Rookie mode though? i never played it, and since Noteriety is ineffective in Rookie mode...

Doesn't matter, you'll get your rank stripped off if you shoot unecessarily

yes but on lower difficulties you can shoot more and still get SA rating

Even without notoriety, you still have to do missions right to get the rank

Not true. On "A New Life", I sniped the target when he stood at the front window to answer his phone. One clean shot to the head. I carried on with the mission as normal, and finished with a Silent Assassin rating. I did it on Normal difficulty too.

Any unecessary shot is counted as a mistake, mostly if its been seen or heard...but its true, I fired 1 shot with the Sniper in "A House of Cards" with the Sheik

Are accidents totally acceptable? Even if it's a cop or citizen? I'd love to try to clear a level by just pushing people off railings. haha

especially on the steamboat, where their bodies float away

I think if its an accident, like a light falling on them or something, not to sure about pushing them off though, its worth a try.
