Yeah so I'm sure that this has been discussed to death (pun not intended) but is it possible to kill all the civilians in the PS2 version with just a stock standard game setup without any extra features (Whatever they might be...)
Or do they just keep regenerating?
I had a go and there seemed to be less of them but I'm not sure

Where to go. I follow the red bird dude and kill him and cant find where to go. if i drop the suitcase in a hiding place it goes red.

It all depends if you want the extra money from the Diamonds briefcase, or a good rating.

If you want neither of those things then just take Birdman hostage when he stops for a leak in the alley way, quickly plant an AP-RU mine (or whatever there called) in his case and get out of there quick, then just simply wait for a cop to come by and wake him up, the birdman will run straight to the meeting place, just follow him casually and when he drops off the briefcase (map or warning message, I'd check the map just to be sure) simply get close enough to the building detonate the AP-RU mine and boom, one of your targets is taken out... and about $500,000 worth of Diamonds, but who cares, you just took someone out Hollywood style. >=]

If you do want the money from the case, then kill birdman, steal his clothes, hide the body in the nearby dumpster, take the suitcase to the building where he would go (somewhere to the north-west, if I recall correctly) go to the meeting, deliver the diamonds, and then simply dispose of your target and the ennoying guy in yellow suit any way you see fit.

after i kill the red bird dude i go and kill the two assassins in the black suits then go kill the leader.
