OK I have done this in hard and managed to finish EVERYONE off!

This 'Medical Wing Tunnell' gets me on this level though....Iy can be seen on the map as traversable, but it won't open for me...anyone got any ideas?

I dont think its possible to get there, its just the tunnel the docter guy uses to get the agent to the morgue

HeyUp BeZ lass, why do they make it look as if it is walkable then I wonder??? (LOL)

lass??? Maybe they made it look like its walkable because you can see the docter walking through it.. I havent actually tried to go down there, but there whould be an elevator somewhere near the agents room which goes down, try following the docter.

The gist is that a well placed bomb can lure an orderly close enough to open the door for you. The tunnel is all nice and rendered too, odd, seeing as you were never really meant to go there. You also, can't follow the orderly taking the body because he doesn't do it until after you leave and are too far away to make it back before the doors close (unless you're using some kind of GameShark/AR code that renders you invisible).
