Turns out this is actually FAKE. It was a YouTube video which showed a modified version of Hitman: Blood Money and claiming it to be Hitman 5: Hired Gun.

Hitman 5 is real, it was announced at E3 but dunno about the validity of release dates.

Hitman 5 is real. It's not called Hired Gun and absolutely nothing is known about it. IOI claims they "have no information on Hitman 5".
