hitman is my favourite game but san andreas had at least 100 pages befor it came out

I like hitman mainly because it provides the player to take the stealthy way out, or just shoot the living hell out of everythign there is. Its a stealth-shooter that provides a little bit of freedom and choices.

Hitman is seriously an underrated series. I mean it still gets a lot of props for what it's worth but it deserves more.

I don't think there's a game that is more satisfying to play than Hitman. It has the sickest ragdoll physics ever. I mean kills in Hitman are just so satisfying. The environments of the settings in Hitman are some of the best in any game. This is one of the few games the environment just feels so real and you can just get into. The missions are just so open, there are so many ways you can undertake it. It's just a kick being able to assassinate in yo face style or do it so nobody even has a clue that it was you.

It's simply underrated. But IMO, it's one of the greatest video games ever made.

It's had alot of bad press though and mud sticks.

Hitman one for the PC was slated by PC gamer magazine, although I got it anyway and enjoyed it. Despite a few bugs.
Hitman 2 for Xbox was great, not dumbed down in any way and introduced lots of new stuff, like the silent assasin rating and the 'tool' shed. I loved these touches.
Unfortunately, bad press strikes again with the sikh community in uproar about a level where you can kill them, and subsequently it's in all the newspapers and copies are withdrawn, even new modified content copies re-released.

'Contracts' is a good set up for Blood Money, and is a kind of Summary for anyone who hasn't played any of the previous games.. for those that had, like myself, however, it was a rehash of old levels..
Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed it. But there just seems to be a curse hanging over this title, and I sincerely hope Blood Money can break the chain.

I loved contracts, although my copy suspiciously went missing . The ragdoll is so good, you shoot someone (with the classic desert eagles) who is standing next to a bannister and they tumble over it like...a ragdoll. I love hitting the guards until they get knocked out, stealing their gun and clothes, and then waiting til they wake up. They don't know what to do and just run around half naked.

A really good thing they should add to Blood Money is the ability to take womens clothes, not to just see them naked (teeheehee), but to see 47 in a dress.

That would really %$&* up the series. I am fully against 47 wearing a dress. However... seeing the women naked is a different story.

personally i could care weather a every likes this title or no one does. because it does not change my opinion. some people can just not understand what this game does, how accurately it portrays the work of a hitman, its so on the ball its genious. but not everyone is going to appreciate that. and i dont expect any of those nianderthals to appreciate a game such as this. the fact is some people do people appreciate it and thats good enough for me, if the others cant appreciate this game, than they dont deserve to pick up the title and enjoy it imo

I find it both Obsecne and Offensive that the Hitman series gets Slagged off with the Likes of GTA.


I'm sick of Hitman being Branded as a "Violence-Encouoging game" , In fact it does quite the opposite of encouroging Violence, you get better scores for the Less People you kill, the Less damage you cause, and the Majority of the Targets are all Mobsters and Thugs that desevre whatever 47 Gives them. Fair enough that GTA gets put under the Microscope, seeing as its all about Killing totally Innocent Bystanders and basicaly causing as much Destruction and Havoc as possible, but Hitman does Quite the Oppoiste, it discourages Violence.
Not to mention all these Freaks that go around killing people like they do in Video Games, If your Mentaly Unstable enough to kill someone in a Video Game, then go outside and Really kill someone, you should either be:

a) Locked up for good
b) be put out of your misery

Blood Money is an 18 cert anyway, its only the same as any other violent movie in terms of influencing people.

It dosn't infulence people to kill. Only those Nutcases, things like Manhunt encourage people to kill (great game, btw) Hitman does quite the opposite, the point of the game is to only kill the Gang Members, Drug Dealers, Child Molesters, etc. that your told to kill, killing other people is actually discouraged, Pointless killing just makes everything Harder for yourself, the less people you kill, the easier the Game is. Thats just like my Motto on life "The Less People I Kill, The Easeier Life Is"

Kids shoudn't be playing GTA or Manhunt, loads of them Do. Theres nothing wrong with Violent Video-Games no matter how old you are, as long as you know 1 thing: "Its Just A Game"
