At the second level, you have to catch all the escaped culprits. There are 4 I can't find. They're probably on the right of where you start. I'm not really sure.

Oh yeah. This one is a toughie. Here is what you gotta do: Move to the left and look on the ground and buildings. Double check quickly if you think you're missing some henchmen cause you don't have much time. Now that you've got them go to the right. At the end there is 1 henchmen on top and a hostage. Well, that's all I can explain hope this helps.

when you start if you go to the left first you should go to the right first then the left and under the electro zap there is a guy
