Yea, to get S.S. you hold R trigger and A when your S.S. meter is full. The meter is right bellow your Health and Power Gauges. So when it becomes full you "power up" by holding those button and that's it. Holding those buttons any other time will recharge your Ki meter. It tells you that shit on Page 6 of the manual.
