Dalg? I think thats the one with Doga correct? Right, it is the southern most continent of the surface world (2nd world). It is blocked by a super strong whirlwind at its opening. To get past this, complete the Saronia thingy and Alus will give you the Nautilus. This goes super-fast and because of this, you can access the Dalg continent using ONLY the Nautilus.
