I am up to the stage where i have spoken to the gnome to get the mini spell, but am out of mp in all my charachters! Is there anyway to get more mp? None of my items will let me.

Go to where you met the gnome that gave you the spell. Go to the water standing behind the gnome and press A. If that's not it, try the other water at the left or right.
