Where I can get Phoenix Downs? I am at the beggining of the game and I need some. And, what is a Moogle? Were I can find one?

You don't buy phoenix downs you find them in chests or steal them from monsters. Moogles are found in each town and are used to access mognet but you need nintendo WI-Fi connection

You can steal items from monsters once you have the thief job; and the thief steals.. well items, and it'll randomly steal a Pheonix down once in a while; otherwise you're stuck with what you find in chests etc.
And if you mean what TOWNS have the moogles instead of what forms >_>; I think it's every city past the city in which Cid is in ^-^. I forgot the name of it; but it's the city where Cid lives ^_~. Moogles look like this:
 Of course, in the game you'll see it from top-down perspective, roughly. They're those white, puffy guys with red balls hanging on their heads. As for Phoenix Downs, I don't think it's a random steal. You can steal Phoenix Downs from certain monsters. For example, one of the birds at Dragon's Peak give you phoenix down when you use Steal. ------------------- | |
