Does any one know where to get the pirates outfit for the Sekie?

I found the Pirates garb from killing the boss at the Volcano place.
but I have yet to find the helmet for it. ------------------- Hm...I think you should just Die.

First, let me clear up a little confusion, the specific recipe I am looking I believe it is called the Bad Capitan Coat. I am not to sure on the name, but the recipe for the hat I have was called the Bad Capitan Hat and it creates The Blackbeard Hat that has an attack of 5 a defense of 102 and magic of 5.

both pieces can be found on the last level on hard mode. Also the armor is for Selkies only.
