Just started playing the game and don't know how to go from level 3 to 4.

You have to beat level 2 as Tiny mario to get to level 4.

you have to defeat the boss in level 2 using mini mario or luigi and you will go through a tiny hole to world 4.

press L-R and select on a file and you can play as luigi:)
