3 shuvs is all i know. maybe like, shove it more or something? lol. that may or may not work. jump higher? cant help with hardflips though. i wish i could.

im talking about doing this off a 6 step.

well you never said anything about doing it off of a six set. cant help you with that one in any way at all.

well, youre suppose to stop it with your front foot, assuming thats your flicking foot.
and sometime sit is cause your scared.
but if not, when you try it, pop or just shove in front and lift the scooping foot foward as well but catch it with your right foot aswell as your back.
theres really nothing to it, just scoop, land.

For me, the trick is to focus on staying centered with the board and catching it at the right time. You have to get the fluid 180 motion while doing the shuvit. If you can get these down, it's very easy to move up to big flips.

If you have a lot of trouble, you can try practicing the individual components for a while.
