Since Nash & Iverson represent the West that's where the replacements will come from (Note to Stern: Kevin Martin, dammit!). So the question becomes who would replace Kidd. But if you go by stats and overall worthiness it likely comes down to 2 legit choices: Joe Johnson and Eddy Curry. Despite Stern probably wanting to get at least one New York player in for the ratings, if it's my choice I take Johnson, he's had the better all-around year.

Working on it, currently the most recent Hawk I can find was Shareef Abdur-Rahim in 2002.
