Ok i've got another problem ok i downloaded the gta sandreas no cd file and it plays well but theres something wrong with the speed ingame ok when i am in a building everything moves mega fast such as time and my movement but outside it seems normal speed and i've tried the slow motion cheats but it don't work so can anyone tell me wats up with that??? and don't bother telling me to use my CD because the mods won't work on it...

you have to this
start game -> go to otion -> go to display setup -> go to advanced -> click on visual fx quality (it will be high [b]make it low)[/b] then restart your pc | |

Have you tried turning the frame rate limiter on?

I got the same problem, and i dont know what's wrong with the game, did u use car sqawner for san andreas?
