I need help, when do i unlock the 'Breaking the Bank in the Caligula's?' Ive done every 'Heist' Missions and the last 'Heist' mission doesn't appear? And how do i unlock the 'Saint Marks Bistro' mission? Ive done EVERY mission in Las Venturas (apart from 'High Noon'), so how do i unlock it?

NOTE: I did mess some document in the gta file*, what basically did, i couldn't open those files so i converted them in to windows gallery (thought those were pictures), and tht didn't work so i converted them into Adobe Acrobat reader and tht didn't work, is tht the problem why i cant play the missions: 'Breaking into the Caligula Bank' and 'Saints Mark Bistro'?
