Hi

GTA: SA and MTA: SA don't start up anymore, this was very sudden. I was playing MTA: SA last night and quit it like I should have, and turned off my computer. Today I tried to start both of them but it didn't work. For GTA: SA it shows the hour glass icon for one second and then it dissapears, and nothing happens. Their is no GTA process in my process list. For MTA it shows the start up logo for a couple of seconds and then dissapears, as well. No process in the process list.

Can anybody help

Have you made any hardware changes lately?

If not, just try reinstalling the game. It sounds like a damaged .exe which could have very well been caused by a bug in MTA.
When you reinstall the game, first uninstall MTA and then the game. Then go to

quote

"My Computer>C drive>Program Files>Rockstar games"

and delete the folder "GTA San Andreas" if it is still there. Then install the game again and then install MTA again.
