	I would like to put some muscle into CJ and have tried weight lifting; although the instruction says press LMB and Left Shift to shift the wts. up & down, all CJ does is minute jerks and there's nothing to show on the power bar. I'm using the keyboard and mouse for the game. Have I done something wrong?

	You have to press LMB and LShift alternately, and fast. If CJ is very scrawny, start off at a low weight, and build up the weight as his muscle level goes up.
