Voodoos are only available in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

WRONG!!!
They also exists on San Andreas, but it's hard to find. EDIT: You can find them parked in these locations: Jefferson, Willowfield, Ganton, Idlewood-people's driveways -------------------  | |

I don't think they are hard to find at all...
