I think Freak and Libra are the best(the ex-cop is Mcneil, Vito) Freak and Libra are really fast so it makes it easy. All you have to do is run away then turn around and start your own little massacre.

yeah, since my favorite is Spanky, it's harder cause he's fat and slow and im always gettin shot. but i make sure i use all characters, my mind might change when i get bull(havent played game in a week or 2, still on East side)

I dont know if Bull is faster than Spanky but he is stronger I dont think that helps all that much though

that move where he picks up people and throws them, that sounds useful...

No, that would be cool if you could though. Throw some little fat guy on a incoming group of officers that would be cool.

All in all I found Bull Raymond most useful because of the fact that he is the only one who can clear out a crowd when surrounded with his grab move. He spins one guy around a few times knocking everyone within a few feet radius down AND DISARMING THEM!!! This is probably why you get him last.

Or you could just be a fast guy and grab a gun then turn around and start shooting.

Actually I don't think there really is a best character. Just use who you think you are good with. For me I use Libra and Freak.

I think the best character in the game is McNeil cause he is all-around strengths and he looks cool!

I don't think there is a best character. I think it is wichever one you use best. Anyway, I'm good with mack, the cop guy.

I like Spanky. He's just plain cool.
