i have everyone except daisy . the boy in the yellow shirt is on the screen but he wont let us play his level . where can i find daisy?

IIRC Daisy is the one that has the cow pattern on her. She'll be found in the Cow-Bear stage, so talk to the farmer. Daisy will be running around the racetrack, just be really careful not to touch any other cows or bears.
