re: Career Mode help

Keep training on the Heavy Bag, trust me, don't do those "quick trainings" because it'll make your boxer look all out of shape, frankly to the point where you can barely see a 6 pac. x.^

re: Career Mode help

NOT REALLY. . I USUALLY SWITCH BETWEEN WEIGHTS AND COMBO DUMMY UNTIL IT IS NOT BENIFICIAL FOR ME TO SWITCH THEN I STICK WITH THE BAG UNTIL RETIREMENT.

THE REASON I DO THIS IS TO BUILD POWER AND SPEED THE FASTEST AT THE PEAK OF MY CAREER WHILE KEEPING MY AGILITY UP TOO. WITH OUT AGILITY THE OPPENENT WILL DANCE AROUND YOU AND PUNCH YOU SILLY. . . YOU WILL BE SLOW IN FOOTWORK WITHOUT IT

re: Career Mode help

In career mode, once you get to around age 33, my stats go down after a match, is this normal? So do you have to compensate for the old age, or will your stats keep gradually going down? Thanks for the help.

re: Career Mode help

is the heavy bag easier when you use the regular buttons for straight/jab and hooks?

re: Career Mode help

actually i was worried that the heavy bag was the same as in the first fight night, where you had to get the bag moving in a rythm. i have since found out by finally going pro that the heavy bag is just like the combo dummy. the stick seemed to work fine with me.

re: Career Mode help

man when i got to the top 30 boxers they got real hard real fast. i was hoping to go undefeated but took a loss to a fat middleweight, and the next guy i have to fight was whooping my ass before i had to leave for work. i'm beginning to think i need to start over and do smarter training or something. did anyone else have trouble when they got to the top 30?
