when pressing ctrl + alt +~ its not bringing up a console on my pc for me to enter a cheat ? help please.

try ~ alone no alt or control

If what Gnomes suggestion still doesn't work, try the settings in the options and check if you need to enable or assign a key to bring up the console
And gnomes, do you realise you are using Cdemon's avatar  -------------------  Is it bright where you are, have the people changed? Does it make you happy you're so strange? | |

hot it m8 its same here instead of ctrl+alt+~ do
ctrl+alt` do it but instead of useing ~ press the button next to 1 on the top of keyboard ¬ ` thats what comes up when pressed hope this helps | |
