i need to get a level 2 card to get the sniper rifle but i cant get 1 i keep buying packs hoping one will show up but nothing any ideas ???

I'm not sure if this is late but for one you can't get those from buying singles or packs. You get it from Teliko. You should have one already or you missed something. Check through both Snake's and Teliko's decks and also you stock.
