well i am here to ask which is the strpngest?
i htnk the title pretty muvh tells how many fires there is, unless there is Dark fire and so on
but i wanted to know which was the stronges
Fire is the one we have from teh begining, Fira you get it fatly, Firaga is a lttle more advanced and quite powerfull, Firaja is used by a Bomb and i wondered if it was stronger then Firaga, since the animation is teh same, then there is Dark FIraga wihc i never had, then Hell Firaga wich is very good, and finaly Tri-Fire, whenever a enemy uses it on me usualy each hit takes about 10,000 HP
so iw as wandering wich was the strongest, and what is teh deal with Firaja, is it just a Firaga spin off?

They sometimes randomly add aja to the end of some spells. Such as in X-2 the Mascot Moogle has "Moogle Curaja" spell.

I am 99% sure that as far as damage goes, probably tri-fire is the strongest. However, I would use Hell Firaga instead because of status ailments. However, I don't use Fire spells I use Hell Thundaga and Quake as my only two magic spells.

It's not random, -ja is the official fourth level in spells.

Firaja, Blizzaja, Thundaja, Aeroja, Waterja, Curaja, ect.


But they aren't in this game.

What game has all six of the ja's you just mentioned. None of the games I have played have had all those. Or maybe I just didn't get them.

Well first, try asking nicely instead of demanding.

At the moment, Final Fantasy XII/XII Revenant Wings, Tactics, and the Crystal Chronicle games have the -ja level spells, with Gravija being an exception.

Final Fantasy XI has level four spells too, but they are called Fire IV and stuff.

Never got Dark Firaga or Tri-Fire, but for normal monsters, I like the Hell spells because of the status ailments. If they dont get death, they'll get stop or something, and I likes that a lot.

Fourth levels? but on FFX it only had 3 Fire Fira Firaja, or Thunder Thundara Thundaja

and FFVII CC is wrong, the materia are wrong, it whould have been Fire 1, 2, 3 adn 4 and so on

FFX had Thundaja, but I'm not sure about the rest. I only found out about Thundaja by accident.

As for which one's the strongest... If I don't feel like fighting anything, I'll just fire off a Firaga or two. Quick fix to most encounters. I haven't actually tried any of the others, so I can't comment on how effective they are.

No, I do have that "bash it until it's dead" mentality.

Due to the level-based structure, Fira is stronger than Fire, Firaga is stronger than Fira and Firaja is the strongest. That's just the way it is. But I am now interested in the average damage caused by each of them and how it increases for each level. I'd feel a bit cheated if Fira averaged 300-400 damage over Fire, but Firaja was only half that over Firaga.

I am confused at the issue. The order you listed them in is correct to FF history stat wise, but what else is the question? You can't have firaja in this game. Raijin1999 would have noticed when he looked at the code. "In this game it was probably just an accident that monster used it instead of firaga." I just wish this game did justice to the blizzards. That was such a shame.

Those are the Base Power stats for each one. Also, the string of numbers after each one should be read as follows:

That means that, when Mastered, the list of least powerful to most powerful would look like this:

Fire
Dark Fire
Dark Fira
Dark Firaga
Fira
Firaga
Hell Firaga
Tri-Fire

The only real fourth level spell that makes an appearance in this game is Thundaja as Electrocute.

Possibly Gravija, too.

<sub>I'm too lazy to actually do the numbers, but as a general rule, the power rating, from Strongest to Weakest, is as follows:

Ice
Thunder
Fire

The problem with Ice spells is that they're so slow and easy to avoid, so Thunder is generally your next best bet. Fire is actually the weakest of the 3 elements.</sub>
