well that works some times but if i was fighting a monster like Kel-al relish Jr. with no lightning spell. im pretty much screwed dont u think ?

yeah that not wut i meant like gea spells u have to power them up before u can actually use them with mp. that power does eventualy run out and u have to go recharge it.

ok i have taken this strate from the aq guide. this is what i am talking about :

In calling forth the spell, the (component) is drained of some energy!

If your component is fully charged, and you are a Guardian, there is a 50% chance you will not use a charge, and this message is displayed:
The secret knowledge of the Guardian Order allows you to syphon enough power from the (component) to cast the spell without draining it!

Upon using the last charge from your component, this message is displayed:
You have now exhausted the power of the (component)!

If you attempt to cast the spell, but don't have any charges left on your component, this message is displayed:
Oh no! I don't have enough components to cast the spell I want! I need to go back to Warlic and quest to refill my components!

If you attempt to cast the spell, but don't have enough MP, this message is displayed:
Oh no! I don't have enough MP to use on crafting a spell!"

Stats look great.

It's about time to start upgrading your weapons. Golden Axe would be a great upgrade. The darkness weapon for your Dismay Rainment would also be nice.


It's also about time to get Nemesis Shield. When you can pick up Sackleberry Special, that should finish out your shield collection for a while. Those two and Eye of Naab are the only two shields you really need, although you might want to pick up a shield for your Dismay Rainment.

You'll want to pick up the Grenamor Captain's Helm. +10 Melee blocking plus darkness protection.

Great character with alot of upside in the next 30 levels.

Okay, so i'm shooting for AsGuard armor now when i hit 105, any weapons/pets/spells anyone could suggest i pick up along the way? I'm pretty sure my shields' are pretty good for now. Character page is in my sig.

Your character looks great to me. Sorry, but I don't know much about the best magic weapons and spells. Maybe someone who actually has a fairly high level Mage type character will give you some advice.

One thing I would suggest is that you look into getting Mjollnir and T-g when you can pick up the Epic weapons. You don't need Dex or Str to make them useful.

so here are the most average uber mage weapons ( in my opinion).the two weapons eladar mentioned T-g and mjollnir are great. but if u want magic weapons instead. electric u would want to get voltaic orb.n for wind u would want maurinelles melody. for ice weapons u have a couple different choices. u can chose nemesis mace but if u want the best freezing weapon magic elite ice katana in Z-token shop. then theirs the ice weapon called glacial short staff. get this only if u want the ice spell diamond dust, that comes with the weapon. for water my personal fave is poise cuz of its effect. but if u want a water weapon that just a little bit higher in strength go for Paragon's Dignity, but i really recommend poise. for dark weapons go for grim eater. for light u would want to keep you sila's staff . and thats about it i think
