After the disappearance of Rikimura, the ninja Ayame began traveling the land in search of her mentor. Stumbling upon a burning village filled with the slain and dying, she quickly encounters the only survivor- another ninja named Rin. With years of training and hearts filled with revenge, the fierce warriors employ ancient skills--super vision, wall running, enemy freeze, and more--to determine who brought about this hideous crime.

Kill multiple enemies at once with new and improved stealth kill combos.

Two playable characters-Ayame from previous Tenchu games and an all new female lead, Rin.

Avoid detection by moving bodies and swim under the cover of water out of enemy site.

Anyway I love the Tenchu series and am looking forward to this one. Although I wish Rikimaru was in this, but I respect the story telling so I'm not going to cry about it.

I have enjoyed past Tenchu games and am thinking of buying htis one. Though I am not sure since the previous one really disappointed me. But who knows perhaps.

Well RPG this game is probably the same level as the last one. Nothing really improved. Just look at this game as more of the last game. It's the same engine, AI, and everything. Nothing in its core has been changed. Just new missions, techniques, etc. No multiplayer at all this time either. I still like the game.

They havent improved the controls either. That's the real killer. The camera still swings a bit and the worst part of it is there is no way to change the camera axis swinging. It's always in reverse.

I'm Swiftshark and I have been a Tenchu fan ever since the early days of the game. I've preordered every title except for Tenchu: Shinobi Hyakusen and have written several walkthroughs/In-Depth Guides for the series thusfar.
