I was just wondering if both players need to have a copy of the game to play wirelessly together, not online or anything like that. Your help is appreciated! Thanks | |

Yes both players must have the game in order to play wirelessly. One of few things that was probably missing from the PSP.

how do you expect sony to let you send a whole game over online to some guy in another state to play online with them, its impossible, i could see it with a cable cuz nintendo has been doing it for a while now, but it would be impossible wirelessly to play another person with 1 game

My friend said that you can do that with Ridge Racers. All you have to do is Download the game from a friend and play multiplayer, but that is the only available option. I will try towmorrow and I will let you know.

no,you dont havw to both have the same game.you can load the game in one psp and then take it out and then load it into the other psp and then you can have your wireless game time. for info on how to access then internet with the psp,email me at ddorrough@direcway.com

I'm sure you can play with just one disc by using the "shared" utility that appears when your in the PSP menu. Atleast that what it tells me in my PSP manual.

only certain games work that way.. none for the PSP so far but many DS games have it if u want to know what i mean (eg. that new puzzle game that is supposed to be the next tetris or something)

There's whole sites dedicated to getting around the two disc thing, certain points you switch the UMD etc. Google it
